Closures and Alignment Problems
If you find that some of the closures or alignment of the lips is off relative to the audio, there are some actions that you can take to improve the output:
Clean Audio
Make sure your audio is clean. Background noise including music, multiple voices, or other effects can affect the output.
Language Pack
Make sure that you are using the correct language pack for the speaker. For example, if your character is speaking with an Australian accent you may want to use the GB_EAW language pack.
Transcript Modifications
Sometimes modifying the transcript can help, especially with non-speech vocalizations such as grunts or breath, or with sounds that have very similar audio signatures, like 'm' and 'n'.
Non-Speech Vocalizations
See the Non-Speech section in SG Studio Best Practices.
